Return & Refund Policy – Emirates Martx

At Emirates Martx, your satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every order meets our quality standards, but we understand that issues may occasionally occur. Please review the policy below before requesting a return or refund.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange only if:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
You contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

❌ We do NOT accept returns for:

Change of mind (e.g., you no longer want the product)
Delays caused by couriers, weather, or regional factors
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging

2. How to Request a Return

To file a return request:

Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
Provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or video of the item
- A brief explanation of the issue
Once approved, we will provide pick-up or return instructions

⚠️ Do NOT send any item back without approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within the standard processing timeframe.

Refunds are issued via:

Store credit, or
Bank transfer (for COD orders)

➡️ Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Personal care or hygiene-related products
Electronics with unsealed or tampered packaging
Custom-made or special-order items
Discounted or sale items

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement
After 1 hour or once the order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake (incorrect or damaged item), Emirates Martx covers the return shipping cost
For any other approved return reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees
